Leadership Bonus Program

After much analysis, we are announcing the revised Leadership Bonus Plan effective November 1st 2008. Below is a graphic depicting the description of the Leadership levels and qualifications. The Leadership Bonus Pools are very significant since every Orovo product sold in the company for a particular month is calculated into the available Dollars.

The Leadership Bonus Plan is very focused on developing leaders. Everyone should be committed to helping each associate to develop a successful business or help every new associate become a lifetime customer of the Orovo product line.

The key to success in Orovo is simple: leadership. Become a leader by helping others within your Orovo organization to become leaders. In order to reward building of leadership, Orovo has reserved a percentage of our total company PV for our leaders. As you achieve the rank of director and above, you will be rewarded with a share of that level's Leadership Bonus Pool paid out each month. The bigger the company grows the larger the pool grows. At each advancement in the leadership level, you will notice that you are part of a more exclusive club with less leaders to share the bonus pool with.

Disclaimers:

  1. Orovo is taking every product sold in a given month and is matching 4% or 5% of total PV for each leadership pools. The payout for each pool will be shared among the qualified leaders for each pool. It is each leader’s responsibility to ensure that they have the required personally sponsored associates by midnight of the last day of each month.
  2. Associate will only be commissioned at the highest level of leadership they attain in the month being commissioned.
  3. Each leader cannot refer themselves or sign up other associates multiple times to meet minimum qualifications in advancing in leadership rank.
  4. The first Leadership bonus checks will be paid on December 20, 2008 for the month of November 2008.
  5. To achieve the leadership ranks, the requirement of developing leaders must all be personally referred. The required 20 personally referred associates includes the 3 requirement for leaders.
  6. Orovo reserves the right to change the leadership bonus program.
  7. Those who have created a business builder account may only use the headquarter account (the top position) to qualify for the Leadership Bonus Program. All subsequent accounts with the same tax ID will not qualify for the Leadership Bonus Program.
