Dear Orovo Associates,

We are excited about the growth of Orovo and your part in that growth. We want to reward you, the associate, for your hard work by announcing the October incentives for your recruiting efforts. Our incentives are only going to get better each month as you establish yourselves as leaders in our company and in your communities.

This month the recruiting incentives will be distributed by a contest. The recruiting contest will be based on the largest number of unique associates recruited by you (one business center). To qualify for this contest a minimum of ten unique associates need to be personally sponsored by you.

1St Place: $2000

2nd Place: $1000

3rd Place: $500

On top of that, for the month of October, we will be offering a one for one match. A minimum of three new associates need to be recruited by you before you qualify for the 1 for 1 match. This means that once you recruit three associates to sign up under your account, we will match you three associates recruited by Orovo. The matching incentive allows you to double the number of new associates you bring into your team in the month of October!

Leadership Bonus Program

Important Changes Coming Soon!!

It is now going to pay even more to be a leader with Orovo. We will be discussing the change to our leadership bonus program after our opportunity conference call on October 15th at 7:30pm. We will officially announce the change on November 1st. Your goal between now and November 1st needs to be to create as many directors on your team as possible. The Orovo mission is to help our associates make money and achieve optimal health. Your mission should be to help the associates on your team make money and with our new leadership bonus it will allow you be as successful as you want to be.

Million Pound Challenge

Lose Weight and Make Money!!!

Due to the growth and the success of the Million Pound Challenge we have created a new incentive structure for this challenge. The monthly winner, which is the person that has the biggest change in before and after picture and losses the largest percentage of body weight, will receive $500. Everyone else that completes the requirements for the Million Pound Challenge will receive a free product. You will be able to choose between two products, either ZMA or Vita B+. To qualify for either incentive, you must participate each week in the weekly requirements for the whole month.

Remember the New Year is coming and many people will need to make lifestyle change. You now have our products and the Million Pound Challenge to help them achieve their goals. Everyone deserves the opportunity to become a part of the Orovo family. Health and Wealth, what more could you ask for?

Don't forget to send in your weekly and monthly emails reporting your progress to mpc@orovo.com. Also, you may combine the last week of May with your monthly report. Please include your weekly weight loss, and a paragraph about your experience (what went well, what didn't, what you will change, etc.)
