Dear Orovo Associates,

The month of June is over. If you have qualified for a matching incentive please send an email to match@orovo.com, specifying placement and the qualifying account's associater number.

Once again matches will be completed as they are received and must be received no later than July 7th and will be completed by July 15th.

6/36 Matching

For the month of July we will once again be offering the unprecedented 6 for 36 matching incentive. For every 6 unique referrals referred through your business building package's top account we will match you with 36 referrals added to your downline.

A unique referral is a new associate that has not previously signed up somewhere else or under another referrer. These must be people new to the OROVO Opportunity. Also all of your referrals must be under the top account of your business builder account to qualify.

So keep up the hard work and let's spread the word!!!!

Calculating Commissions

With all of the different changes to the Compensation plan we feel it important to make sure everyone understands how commissions are calculated. Matrix bonuses are calculated using our 6x6 matrix, and the amount you receive is dependent on how much PV your downline generates. On your first line you receive 50% of the total PV purchased, the second line 35% and the remaining lines are 3.75% (until the 6th).

Another important note is that when commissions are run on June 20th these are commissions from PV generated in May, not June. Therefore, if your downline consists of 30 Associates, with 10 of them having joined in May and 20 joining in June, then June commissions will only reflect those 10 with May PV.

The Leadership Bonus works in much the same way. If you have 50 active personally referred associates and 5 of them joined in June, then when commissions are run on June 20th you will be paid as a director (45 referrals). Then assuming all your referrals stay active, when commissions are calculated in July you will be paid as a senior director.

A final very important note--you will not receive a check unless your account shows an active status, so every month before the 20th please check and make sure your account is active, with 20 PV for the previous month.

How to Check Account Status:

1. Sign in to Extranet by going to orovo.com and clicking sign in and then entering your username and password.
2. Click on Profile--the second grey tab once you have logged on.
3. Then in Associate Summary it will either say Inactive or Active Associate. If it reads Inactive and you have purchased 20 PV that month please contact Customer Support to get the problem resolved.

Recent Study On Breakfast

Breakfast Really is the Most Important Meal!!

Recently Fox News did a story on a study conducted by a team of scientists at the Virginia Commonwealth University. The study confirmed a common diet myth: the importance of Breakfast. The study involved 94 obese, inactive women and compared a strict low-carb diet with a "big-breakfast" diet. Initially, the low-carb dieters lost more weight (28 lbs compared to 23 lbs). However, after 8 months the low-carb dieters had regained 18 lbs while the big breakfast dieters had lost another 16.5 lbs (10 lbs compared to 39.5 lbs).

While scientists aren't entirely sure why this is, the women on the big breakfast diet reported feeling less hungry throughout the day and had fewer cravings for carbs than the low carb dieters. The conclusion of the study was that women who eat half their daily calories at breakfast lose more weight in the long run than just strict low-carb dieters.
